Community Service

Resurrection Lutheran School fosters a mindset that serving others is part of living a full life. Service is weaved into every aspect of life at RLS as students build a foundation built on empathy and concern for others. Science projects encourage students to examine what they can do to raise awareness about pollution in our oceans. Letters to our military on Veteran’s Day combines gratitude with grammar and sentence structure to make the lesson memorable and meaningful.

At RLS, there are countless examples of how teachers incorporate service to our community into everyday learning because this is a core value that teachersincorporate daily.
